《上課方式》
本課程將以講授方式為主，無指定教科書。老師將把授課大綱製成電子檔置於政治學系教學網誌上，同學可自行下載閱讀。此外上課時老師會不定時發放相關的補充教材。建議同學們上課時認真聽講、勤做筆記，並歡迎於課後隨時找老師討論，始可獲致最大的學習效果。

課程目標 |
《教學目的》
本課程的教學目的，主要著重於介紹比較政治（comparative politics）的一些基礎概念與理論。上學期的教學重點，主要在於介紹比較政治的研究範圍與途徑、國體與政體、比較政府體制，包括：議會內閣制、總統制。下學期的教學重點，主要在於介紹半總統制（雙首長制）與委員制、比較政黨體系、政黨體系與政府組成、比較選舉制度、台灣的憲政發展、政黨政治與選制改革等議題。

評分比重：期中考 40%，期末考50%，上課出席 10%，
期中考考試範圍期末考不再重複。
考試方式： 期中考與期末考：
(a) 問答題：三題，每題20分。
(b) 名詞解釋：四題，每題10分。
